其他条件： 1.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental theoretical knowledge in their field and the ability to conduct scientific research independently. Capable of accurately grasping the academic trends and development direction of the field, having achieved innovative outcomes in fundamental research or technology development that are recognized by peers; 2.Have a sound academic background with innovative capability and potential in academic research; 3.Generally, applicants should be aged under 35 and have obtained their doctoral degree within 22 years. Fresh graduates are preferred. 薪酬待遇： 1.Assistance in applying for the Shanghai Super Postdoctoral Program and the National Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Program, with an annual salary of RMB 300,000 to 600,000; 2.During the postdoctoral fellowship, candidates can apply for the evaluation of associate senior professional technical positions. Those who pass the evaluation will be given priority of working at the university, and they can be appointed to senior professional technical positions when they are employed; 3.Candidates may rent a university talent apartment, with an annual housing allowance of RMB 40,019 during the fellowship period.
